Kaitlin joined the IWA team in 2023 as a Binding Authority Underwriter. In September of 2025, she was promoted to Underwriting Manager. With over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, she is passionate about delivering thoughtful solutions and building strong relationships with agency partners.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, listening to music, and making memories with her family and her black lab, Soup.
