Amanda joined the IWA team as an Underwriting Assistant in 2025 and advanced to the role of Binding Authority Underwriter in February 2026. She is enthusiastic about continuing to grow in her underwriting role, bringing strong relationship‑building skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to understanding and supporting customer needs.
Outside of work, Amanda is an avid reader who also enjoys crocheting, solving puzzles, and spending quality time with her husband, children, and two cats!
