• Key replacement and lock repair
• Direct damage to utility services
• Liability coverage for a Board of Governors

Eligible properties must be sprinklered, under 25 years old, fully occupied, and four stories or less.

Retail

Our retail coverages include protection for liquor, apparel, and hardware stores, beverage distributors, drug stores, and more, based on our carrier’s underwriting criteria.

Coverage offerings include:

• Food spoilage
• Liquor liability
• Water back up
• Deductible options
• Fire department surcharge (up to $250,000)
• Key replacement and lock repair
• Direct damage to utility services

Eligible properties must be cleaned and maintained, and under 25 years old or regularly maintained if older.

Hotel

We now offer competitively priced coverage to hotels throughout the United States based on our carrier’s underwriting criteria.

Coverage offerings include:

• Blanket EDP and blanket waiver
• Liquor liability
• Accounts receivable, fine arts, and detached outdoor signs

Eligible properties must be cleaned and maintained, under 20 years old, have an occupancy rate of at least 80 percent, and maintain a central burglary alarm system.

Grocers

This competitively priced coverage protects small to mid-size grocers and markets as well as convenience stores throughout the United States based on our carrier’s underwriting criteria.

Coverage offerings include:

• Food spoilage
• Food contamination
• Liquor liability
• Business interruption coverage up to $250,000
• Water damage
• Utility services coverage

Eligible properties must not be operating for 24 hours and have a well-lit parking lot. Grocery stores with gas stations and pharmacies are eligible for coverage as well.

Commercial LRO’s

We now offer protection for commercial LRO’s protection for strip malls, office buildings, and more, based on our carrier’s underwriting criteria.

Coverage offerings include:

• Key replacement and lock repair
• Direct damage to utility services
• Liability coverage for a board of governors
• Water back up
• Deductible options
• Fire department surcharge (up to $250,000)

Eligible properties must be under 25 years old, fully occupied, no mixed-use, four stories or less, and preferably at 100% occupancy.
